And a Happy Who Year!
Well, it's over. Like I've said before, I'm probably not going to start this up again next year (TOMORROW?) so that's that. I've learned a lot about photography from this. I mean, I start out completely dependent upon the no-flash setting on my camera and now I know exactly what each button and trigger and thingymajig does on my DSLR. (Although, explaining it might be another issue.) I've become a better artist for certain, but nowhere near where I'd like to be and I maybe never will get to the point where I'm actually happy with something I've done.
I'm not going to do it again, not because it was time-consuming. On the contrary, this really just became another part of my routine - eat, sleep, 365. Sometimes I'd forget, but I always made up for that in different ways. I'm not going to do it because not having an audience can get to a person. Sure, once or twice a person glanced at this, but I truly believe if I'm going to improve at photography or at art in general, I need someone else to tell me so. Even if it were strangers on the internet. So no audience. No more blog.
That's not to say I'll stop taking pictures. I mean, I take pictures of everything anyway. And maybe I'll move this shindig to tumblr. That seems likely.
I may or may not do FYSM (Fill Your Sketchbook Month) which starts tomorrow. May also do Wreck This Journal. I don't know, man. I just don't know.
2010 was... not a very good year for me. A lot of really shitty stuff happened. But at the same time, a lot of great things happened, too. I'm not going to start naming all those wonderful and terrible things. That would be for my real journal. So I'll leave this here. Probably never to see the light of day again.
Guess there's no need to thank anyone since no one reads this. Can you feel my bitterness? I hope so.

If you told me I'd love this show to bits about five years ago, I would have said you were crazy. Or believed you wholeheartedly. Or just asked you how the heck you traveled back in time to tell me in the first place. Yeah. That seems most accurate.
