Pesky Hummingbird

I have reason to believe Hummingbirds are smarter than your average bird. Forget "size matters," because this bird would come to the window, stare at me, look around the rest of the living room, and then fly off. It was awesome and very annoying. Who taught birds how to look in windows? Most just fly into them.
